I have worked in the service industry for 10+ years and am an avid home chef. I have cooked my way through numerous cookbooks and countries, constantly working to further my craft.
I have visited 47 states, 23 Countries, and 28 UNESCO World Heritage Sites and work to be on the road every 8 weeks.
I studied design and film production in college. With that background I am working towards creating a body of work that ties cooking and travel together.
The goal of Picnic on a Passport is making cooking and eating while on the road more fun and enjoyable. I want to help you better experience your travels when shopping local markets and crafting food that brings joy and helps create lasting travel memories.
